svg usage
Hi,

just a small extra element to add to last week's exchanges about SVG, xml.com
just published an article (http://www.xml.com/pub/a/2002/04/17/svg.html),
part of Antoine Quint's excellent "Sacré SVG" column, about how well SVG
seems to be doing in the enterprise (for lack of a better word).

It notably features an interesting poll:

Thin-client tech used today by JViews customers:
  DTHML:	22.9%
  SVG: 15.7%
  Flash: 00.0%

Thin-client tech used in next projects by JViews clients:
  DTHML:	26.5%
  SVG: 27.7%
  Flash: 02.4%

So it would seem likely that SVG will take the world over from within
intranets. Once it's solidly there, it's pretty much inevitable that it will
permeate into the Web.
