That's a useless definition.  It makes the Web = The Universe, 
or practically, anything on a network anywhere anytime. That 
definition is political to the max and is guaranteed to start 
the kinds of turf wars we are seeing breaking out here and 
on the TAG.

There ain't no Web.  Just parts and assemblies.  It's in 
the way that you use it.

That's simply not true.  The Web is the information space comprising
all things with identity, whose interaction semantics are constrained
to being generic to all things with identity.

The Web does have a boundary.  It's just a very very VERY big one.
