The Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Simple Hypertext DTD is now available
in RELAX NG as well. IBTWSH is a small subset of XHTML Basic,
suitable for use in representing static marked-up texts and in
embedding into other document types (for documentation, e.g.)

DTD format: http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/XML/ibtwsh6.dtd
RNG format: http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/XML/ibtwsh6.rng
Non-XML RNG format: http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/XML/ibtwsh6.rnx

You can validate IBTWSH documents against ibtwsh6.rng using
Jing. Currently, due to an unfortunate restriction in RNG DTD
Compatibility, you must use the -i switch with Jing. This
means that ID and IDREF rules are not checked.

This restriction is due to go away soon.
