Re: How Put <DOCTYPE> into an XML?

You really should consider using a more current version like 3.2.1, available at the US site, or just use Apache Xerces, which IBM's parser now wraps. As near as I can tell from the API docs for 1.1.16, you cannot create a document type declaration ("<!DOCTYPE>") with this version. Perhaps someone else can offer better advice. - Mike ____________________________________________________________________________ mike j. brown | xml/xslt: http://skew.org/xml/ denver/boulder, colorado, usa | resume: http://skew.org/~mike/resume/
