Hi all,


Ive just had a conversation with a friend about converting SGML to XML.
They were writing their own coversion algorithms, but were struggling to
match and covert empty attributes in the SGML.

Has anyone had a similar problem, or is their some software (freeware) out
there that will do the conversion?
