Or, "I find this very useful and that is all I need
to know. Let the fools on xml-dev worry about
its non-unity degree of membership."

Whether or not The Web exists or is a useful fiction,
what the TAG has to produce is useful things, and
that as I recall, was TimBL's way of describing
a resource, so I have that on good authority.

Good night folks. This was *really* fun. No,
there is no "len bullard" but a guy with that
nickname is playing tonight at a restaurant
in Alabama in case you want to drop by and
listen to the silences between the notes. :-)

So, a practical person might use this heuristic and say "Hmmm, that
feature has a non-unity degree of membership in XML, I think I'll
stay away from it" rather than "Hmmm, the consensus of the gurus on
xml-dev is that that feature is really and truly part of XML, so I'll
use it."
