He isn't that clever.  It was done by the makers of 
XML Spy so we would start using Schemas instead of 
beating them up in public.  Meanwhile, they could 
get their next version out using the examples we 
will make so prolifically.  Seems to have backfired 
since we only have a DTD so far.

And it's Usama bin Laden according to the press, 
or simply UBL.  Poor Jon Bosak; yet another 
three letter designator down the tubes.

I'm sure this is completely tasteless, but I was just describing this 
thread to a mate of mine, and the reply was "its sent by osama to waste
