Sounds like a SmartPatentSearch application.  Look at 
it this way, if it is really smart, you can patent it 
and be confident everyone needs it.

I don't know that the law degree would help, though, so I wouldn't be
able to recommend that.  Youngsters should be advised to keep their
passports and visas fresh :-)
