The IETF has just published a new draft of "Registration of xmlns Media
Feature Tag".

This new version fixes a number of typos, notably missing colons in the
examples.  It also adds a section on "Relation to MIME Media Types".

I'm also maintaining both an archive of these drafts and the currently
open (unsubmitted) draft at:
http://simonstl.com/ietf/

Current modifications include making it explicit that order doesn't
matter in use of the xmlns feature, and adding support for "no default
namespace" (xmlns="").

Comments and suggestions are welcome.
