Mailto links in XML

Hi List

I have a xml file with data in it as 

<address>
    <NAME>Gordon Stewart</NAME>
    <EMAIL>Gordon.stewart@n...</EMAIL>
</address>
<address>
    <NAME>XML</NAME>
    <EMAIL>xml-dev@l...</EMAIL>
</address>

what do I put in my XSL file so that I get the output to look like:

<p><a href="mailto:gordon.stewart@n...">Gordon Stewart</a>
<p><a href="mailto:xml-dev@l...">XML</a>
