Interesting list. The majority of these terms are used in daily medical
practice, and in most but not all cases, the -s plural form is used. Two
exceptions that I quickly see are: condylomata and diastemata.

One way to get an idea of real usage patterns is to perform a pubmed search
on these terms:

For example:

astrocytoma: 13291 articles
astrocytomas: 12877 articles
astrocytomata: 6 articles -- last used in 1981

atheroma: 55240
atheromas: 54630
atheromata: 81
