Is there a tool available someplace that can transform a file in XML format
into a MS Excel file?
I'd like for example to store this XML file into a 2 columns excel sheet:

<sample>
<date>...</date>
<value>...</value>
</sample>
<sample>
<date>...</date>
<value>...</value>
</sample>
...
