Kinda off topic, but I guess people here would know the current state of
the art of URN resolution.

I've got an OID:

urn:oid:1.2.826.1.4062548

...and I'd like to run some kind of server or something to resolve URNs
under it, mainly for my own convenience.

Is there a URN->URL mapping protocol or standard
("/etc/urn-resolve.conf"?) in the pipeline yet? I don't have time to
formalise my own...
