I have written up an HTTP Extension Framework Namespace for RDDL:

http://www.rddl.org/httpext

This might be useful when a client wishes the server to perform the RDDL
indirection of a resource based on HTTP request headers describing the
desired nature and/or purpose.

For example a mod_rddl handler might be invoked in Apache, or a similar
frame in Jigsaw when such a request header is present.
