nope, still can't see it - the only thing I can think of that might be worth
a try is explicitly stating the
minOccurs/maxOccurs for name & phone (I haven't got a validator at hand
apart from Xerces, and that just screams blue murder at the ns ;-)

btw, the values in these fields are getting close to the max length
