Or actually, in the applications.  One doesn't need SOCAT support
to use an org.xml.sax.EntityResolver to map an RSS 0.9x entity
ID to some local resource.  (Or is SAX the example of an XML
toolkit that's always done the right thing, so apps can too? :)
