Once you plod past the hackneyed life automation rhetoric, it gets
better.  I for one am particularly fed up of hearing this.  One of the
dubious joys of repeatedly attending XML conferences is hearing the
major vendors (particularly Sun and IBM in this case) drone on about
how XML will make your car understand which pair of pants you want back
from the cleaners.  Please!  Show me the pointy brackets.
