An improved version of this tool is now available for free download,
complete with source code. Turns your favourite bunch of grabbed web pages
(or any other set of browser-readable docs) into an indexed, searchable
superdoc.

AutoHelp automatically builds JavaHelp helpset XML index files based on the
filenames and directory structure of the HTML document set. It can generate
usable Map, TOC & Index files in seconds - e.g. a run over the 4,500+
documents in the JDK API doc took a couple of minutes, yielding a very
useful indexed, searchable, electronic book when used with the JavaHelp
hsviewer application.
