Quite the opposite.  I want to know if you 
want a competition (every guy sits down to 
write) which results eventually in only 
one vendor or two having all the market 
share, or a spec process in which the 
spec guys make their best guess and 
the guys in front of their screens 
implement the parts they need so they can 
compete with parts they write best?

Who hangs whom?
