Quick4 is finally out. The changes to Quick are substantial. QJML now serves
as both a Java Data Modeling language and as an XML binding schema. Full Java
inheritance is supported in the XML schema.

This release also introduces OCM, a component system for performing complex
XML transformations. Like Quick, OCM is intended for a multi-threading
environment.
