Since RDDL is an XML-DEV project, I wouldn't want to remove it to another
venue.  Perhaps we can preface RDDL posts with [RDDL] to allow people to
delete at will.

Perhaps a RDDL tree :-) we can certainly create a root document in the
http://www.rddl.org/ namespace and as documents are linked into this, the
directory can become decentralized.

Nice! I guess this means that since you've provided another XHTML Basic
schema, we'll need to create yet another RDDL schema :-)
