I have been able to display all my XML Documents with MathML in Mozilla
browser. I need to know is how do I display in IE5.

To display MathML in IE you need a plugin or applet, the two best
known being techexplorer (from IBM) and webeq (now from design science)

There are links to these and other MathML software at the Math Working
group page http://www.w3.org/Math.
