Speaking at XML Community meeting (Nov. 13)

We've had acceptances from several organizations and initiatives who will
send a representative to speak at the meeting. Here are their topics:

Steve Carson (Web3D/ISO), Paul Cotton (ISO process), Jason Hunter/Brett
McLaughlin (JDOM, Java Community Process), Alan Kotok (DISA), Arnaud LeHors
(W3C), Tommie Usdin (OASIS TC).
