[Smart Transcoder] ST as an Apache module

Our developers nicely progressed with Smart Transcoder
(http://www.zvon.org/index.php?nav_id=40)

These features were added from the time of the previous announcement:

1. ST can be plugged as a module to the Apache server, so you can serve
on the Internet pages dynamically generated with ST from (not only) XML
sources

2. A python executor was added. It means that you can transform parts of
document in Python (just implement 1,2, or 3 functions)
    
3. Relevant config files can be specified via command line parameters

4. Speed improvements in XML Schema processing

5. Bugs count went substantially down (but well, it is still alpha :) )


Next week: ST as a transcoding proxy module in the Apache server (it
means we will be able to transparently serve XML files to non-XML
enabled browsers) 


And just to remind you of some strong ST points:
        very modular - executors are small components written in Java,
C++,
Python, XSLT, ... , which are mutually independent (but can be made
dependent) with core ST serving as a glue, SAX like processing not
limited to XML files, ST can use information (including inheritance)
from optional XML Schemas for default processing, and of course soon to
be opensourced !
