[Announce] Sablotron 0.44

There is a new version of Sablotron (XSLT processor) available for
download.

license: the MPL or the GPL alternatively
download: www.gingerall.com

Changes include:
- bug resulting in crashes under certain conditions is fixed
- added the namespace-alias() and message() functions
- more fixes related to: XML namespace declarations, nested stylesheet
inclusion, the preceding-sibling and following-sibling axes, etc.
- OpenBSD platform is supported
