I know Clay, he's a smart man, and I agree with almost everything in his
piece.

Background.. RSS recently took a turn into RDF-land, and I assure you that
RSS and ICE are "overlapping attempts to describe types of
Internet-accessible data."

I also want to be clear, that as one of the authors of RSS 0.91, I do not
endorse the turn to RDF.
