BTW, just an aside on the QOS issue.  It is 
one thing for a company to make a pledge that 
it has implemented a specification compatible 
with the tModel (lovely choice of name that), 
it is another to implement an acceptable or desirable  
service.  To wit, a B-flat is always a 
B-flat, but the lips on the trumpet give the 
note its quality.  Some Clouds are too Loud.
