I thought that the info set working draft was to be agnostic of any specific
serialization issues, it was to define the "information" itself, not how it
got persisted.  In looking at the draft, I noticed that in 2.1 the Document
Information Item  lists the standalone and version properties.  Are these
not serialization issues?  What do these become when there is another
serialization recommendation? Or am I incorrect on what the meaning/use of
the infoset is for.
