ZopeEdit, a python app, uses an xml specification for defining the menu and
toolbars under wxPython (a python wrapper for wxWindows).  No doubt this
could be extended.

It's not discussed, but the main module contains the xml definitions, and
the wxAppXmlParser.py file contains the code to interpret the definitions.
