If that's a serious question, there are three possible answers that do not
require the use of namespaces.

1. Use URLs, taking advantage of the multi-threaded nature of the Web. Spawn
another thread to read the content at that URL. Just like Web browser do.

2. Entity-encode the elements of the SVG document. That means change all
quotes, left angle brackets and ampersands to their entity encoding, ",
<, and &.

3. base64-encode the string.
