Hello everyone, 

Yesterday, I found out that defining a certain ruleset was not possible
when using DTD's so I opted to use XMLSchema... however, it turns out
that Xerces is not capable of parsing or using XMLSchema.  Is there
another, reliable XML parser out there?  Thanks
