To Saxon gurus:

If I am not doing wrong, I found the PreparedStyleSheet of Saxon
not working properly on "document" function of XSLT. 

All test documents are of third part code, (ensuring not my fault).

However I have to go on using Saxon coz other parts of my project are
using it.
How to deal with that then? Any advice appreciated.
