Hi, does someone know how to use validating parser with SAX2 and IBM parser?
I use setFeature to turn on the validating parser. But I got parsing error
Document root element "department", must match DOCTYPE root "department" 
even the root element match DOCTYPE. I don't know how I can solve this
probblem. Thanks.
