So they have eliminated themselves from a certain market segment and made it necessary for others to identify them as "the pretty flower in the corner of the garden with the poisonous petals". Not a bright move it would seem on the surface for their business. Oh well... no lack of dumb even among the stars of the business. Lots of us have lawyers (at least if we intend to stay in business). Lots of other companies are inciting mob mentality for public consumption but are also using lawyers and other unsavory applications of their money. We can avoid that part of the discussion. The behavior to acquire is the one that enables others with a concern to easily and quickly discover precisely what the use of the flower in the corner entails.
