poisonous petals
So they have eliminated
themselves from a certain market segment
and made it necessary for others to
identify them as "the pretty flower
in the corner of the garden with the
poisonous petals". Not a bright move
it would seem on the surface for their
business. Oh well... no lack of dumb
even among the stars of the business.

Lots of us have lawyers (at least if
we intend to stay in business). Lots of
other companies are inciting mob
mentality for public consumption but
are also using lawyers and other unsavory
applications of their money. We can
avoid that part of the discussion.
The behavior to acquire is the one that
enables others with a concern to easily
and quickly discover precisely what the
use of the flower in the corner entails.
