The content model <!ELEMENT C (A,A)> is allowed, as are (A,A,A) and so
on. I don't see any need to disallow it; e.g., the following would be useful:
<twins>
<name>Frick</name>
<name>Frack</name>
</twins>
It wouldn't be possible to describe *all* the potential cases of content
models, and this isn't even a particularly weird one. :-)
