Has anyone taken a close look at Mozilla's XUL (XML User Interface Language) and considered using it for projects outside of Mozilla? XUL (see http://www.xml.com/pub/2000/03/15/xul/index.html for a good intro, or http://www.mozilla.org/docs/xul/xulnotes/) uses XML documents to describe user interfaces, including, I believe, the Mozilla interface itself. I'd be interested in hearing what folks think about XUL in general, and thoughts about its use outside Mozilla in particular. Simon St.Laurent XML Elements of Style / XML: A Primer, 2nd Ed.
