PATCH: Arbortext Catalog Support

Hello World,

The catalog classes that Arbortext announced recently contain a
small bug. The patch is below and the new ZIP file can be downloaded
from 

  http://www.arbortext.com/customer_support/updates_and_technical_notes/catalog101.zip
