resolveentity not called

* Matthew Gertner
|
| So I would like to write my own method to resolve the URN and return
| the appropriate InputSource for the DTD. But as far as I can tell,
| resolveEntity is not called for the doctype. Is this a bug?

Yes, it is:

<URL: http://www.megginson.com/SAX/javadoc/org.xml.sax.EntityResolver.html#resolveEntity >

I would suggest filing a bug report, and perhaps trying to dive into
the source to fix it yourself.
