SAX2/Java Prerelease: patched-up distro

A couple of class files were missing from the Jar and zip files
released yesterday.  I've updated the SAX2/Java prerelease to include
these files.

It's still at

  http://www.megginson.com/SAX/SAX2/

Please redownload the package if you've already grabbed it.
