|possible - either it needs an extension function (what would it return? - a | new nodeset?) or hack into the DOM [must confess I haven't looked this in | detail]. My main reason for trying to parse the path data is that I may get | an SVG file depicting something with higher semantics (e.g. chemistry) and | I need to build a DOM where the points in the paths are first class elements. A nodeset of text nodes (perhaps gotten using java.lang.StringTokenize) Michael Kay's saxon:tokenize() appears to be using a similar strategy. ______________________________________________________________ Steve Muench, Lead XML Evangelist & Consulting Product Manager Business Components for Java Dev't Team, Oracle Corporation | P. | | | *************************************************************************** | This is xml-dev, the mailing list for XML developers. | To unsubscribe, mailto:majordomo@x...&BODY=unsubscribe%20xml-dev | List archives are available at http://xml.org/archives/xml-dev/ | *************************************************************************** | *************************************************************************** This is xml-dev, the mailing list for XML developers.
