Re: What's wrong with SVG

| an SVG file depicting something with higher semantics (e.g. chemistry) and
| I need to build a DOM where the points in the paths are first class elements.

A nodeset of text nodes (perhaps gotten using java.lang.StringTokenize)

Michael Kay's saxon:tokenize() appears to be using a
similar strategy.
