Its not you.  XML-DEV mailing list is acting up again.
I posted a message this afternoon and it still has not
shown up.  XML-DEV archive at XML.org site is behaving
erratically as well.  Running normally even, it seems to
hold up messages for some unpredictable periods.
 
Peter and Jon should do something about this.  W3C servers
had problems before too but they apparently got it fixed.
