Title: XML Standards Organizations

I am putting together a list of groups involved in XML standardization for our website. I got all the obvious ones (W3C, OASIS, ISO) as well as public mailing lists that I know are involved in creating standards (XML-Dev and SML-Dev), but I'm sure there are many others that didn't occur to me. I'd be very appreciative if those more knowledgeable than me in this area could let me know whom I've forgotten. Note that this concerns horizontal standardization and not the industry-specific flavor (hopefully keeping the size of the list below the thousands...).

Cheers,
Matthew
