The Business Quality Messaging (BQM) Forum was created to solve this
problem. It's a joint effort of IBM, AT&T, Compaq, Microsoft, Intel, and
others. They've done 2-3 proof of concept demonstrations. I saw one at last
year's DISA conference. Apparently they are apparently doing more demos this
year.
