This one needs an s-expression to do some disambiguation:-)

Eliot, of course means this:
(For my part, it's (lack of time) and (confidence in David Megginson's
technical and political abilities)).

Not this:
(For my part, it's lack of (time and confidence in (David Megginson's
technical and political abilities))).

Maybe its just an Irish thing but my head parsed it wrongly
the first time. Maybe thats why I use Python...
