Robert Burns works available as XML

Just in time for Robert Burns day!

I have marked up all of The works of Robert Burns as XML. They are available
at

Please note that this is part of the HTML Writers guild project to mark up
all of ProjectGutenberg e-texts.

If any of you are interested in helping out in this effort please get in
