Zvon DTD and XML tutorials available for downloads

Some people were asking why DTD and XML tutorials were not available for
downloads.

The reason was very simple. The original backup script was so messy that
it was difficult to add a resource and not make a mistake.

Yesterday I rewrote it so now everything is available at:

http://zvon.vscht.cz/ZvonHTML/Downloads/listOfPrograms_en.html

As a benefit file sizes are now given.
