has anyone seen Blocks?

This is from Invisible Worlds (http://www.invisible.net/) and claims (in
http://news.cnet.com/news/0-1005-200-1532441.html?tag=st):

Maybe it's just another confusing announcement, maybe it's something else -
I'd love to hear what people think of this.
