That's a separate question -- real-world (non-XML) HTML can be
encapsulated reasonably in three ways:

1. Escape '<', '>', and '&' (assuming that there are no non-XML
   characters like form-feed).
2. Uuencode the whole mess.
3. Put it in a separate file and point to it.

The second and third options work for anything -- you can use them for 
graphics, MP3s, or what-have-you.
