admin:more odd filtering
David Megginson wrote last week that he was getting odd characters in some messages. I hadn't seen it until this morning, when one of my own messages suddenly sported an extra ">", thereby making one of my lines look like a quote. In the archives, the whole line that got quoted is just missing. (http://www.lists.ic.ac.uk/hypermail/xml-dev/xml-dev-Sep-1999/0738.html) Any ideas why this is happening?
