I just noticed another easily-fixed problem.

The "dom-node" feature is used with "parsers" which walk DOM documents
and emit a sequence of SAX parser event callbacks.

Problem: it's a read-only property, so that it's not possible to specify
the input document in a portable way. It's as if SAX 1.0 didn't have a
way to feed an input source (or document URI) into a parser.

Simple fix: make that attribute read/write. It shouldn't be writable
during a parse, though -- just like the input stream to the parser is
fixed until the parse completes, so should an input DOM document.
